Normally staff brings food out stagnated based on when it's ready in the kitchen and or when they get around to it, but watching her work her ass off and deliver more than expected was great! We ordered the floating pasta with lobster tails and came out evenly cooked and fantastic. Would def recommend going, and will be back. And will be asking for Erica ”

“ I came here from my friends birthday branch and it was my first time actually ever try this restaurant in hearing of it. It is kind of hard to find it looks like it's like located right next to a hotel but once you keep going around you will finding parking . It is actually on the first of them. I want to start off by saying that the restaurant is really huge and has a really nice ambience and good for family Parties and make celebrations. It's a huge spot and holds a lot of people. I don't eat a buffet, but this one was good because they had different types of stations where they make omelettes, fresh and pasta, which I thought was unique, because I never saw that at a brunch restaurant before where they make you pasta fresh. My omelette pasta was decent. I think the food was pretty good. I'll give it a seven out of 10. In the whole brunch, including bottom of the most, it was only $65 which is a very good price. The only thing that I did not like is that if you have a huge party, only could do up to three credit cards unless you order something at the bar or if you get a buffet with the regular price buffet then it will come separately the bill. Customer Service is good I felt like they were and they gave us extra time over for bottomless mimosas since some people in our party was late. “ I haven't been back to Vita for a couple years, but found myself at the Hilton for a few days. I ordered dinner tonight from room service. I did try for the previous two nights, but no one answered the phone. Moving on.....I called tonight to place a room service order. A really nice young woman answered the phone. She was very professional while sounding welcoming and happy to hear my voice. She took my order and she actually delivered it herself! VALERIE was such a breath of fresh air in an older hotel. She brought my dinner in and set me up. So pleasant and professional. I didn't like the crab cakes. I called the restaurant, Valerie answered the phone, didn't put me on hold, heard my issue and I have to tell you, resolved my complaint. Valerie, you are such a gem in that place. I tried to tell a manager how great my service was, but they weren't really that interested. Actually, I called the restaurant from my cell as though I was an outside call. YEP! Valerie answered that phone too! What an incredible young woman. I'd hire her in a heartbeat she makes ALL the difference. Thank you Valerie! The linguine and prawns was OK. Prawns good, pasta tasteless and greasy from butter. Under seasoned. But the bright spot in this restaurant is Valerie. ”

“ Never knew this existed. Was in search for a fun, new brunch spot to celebrate my husband's Grandma and came across Vita. The restaurant is attached to Doubletree Hotel in Pomona. Plenty of parking, including an underground garage. So even when the outside lot looks full, keep looking and you'll find something. Happy we found this AYCE and drink Sunday champagne brunch. Seafood was the star of the show. Literally piles of lobster, shrimp, crab, oysters. standard breakfast items. carving station, pasta station, omelette station. Everything was delicious. I had a great conversation with one of the chefs at the pasta station. He told me an amazing story of how becoming a patron of the restaurant turned into his career. I truly appreciate seeing a passion for one's profession, especially when it is service related. Staff was gracious enough to let us stay and enjoy some of the music that was playing from a private party on the outside patio. Hands down will find another occasion to come back to Vita! ”
